When you submit the estimate form or call us, we collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and any details you add. If you call, our phone system records the number you called from and may record the call so we can respond accurately and follow up. We don't ask for financial account numbers, and you should never send them through the form.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: to respond to your request, look at the tree, quote and schedule the work, and follow up about it. We may call, text or email you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing on behalf of unrelated companies.

Who sees it

Your request is handled by our team and the crew assigned to your job. We may use standard service providers (phone, scheduling, hosting) to run the business, and they only process the data needed to provide those services. We may share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@palmbaytreeco.com. If you'd rather not be contacted, tell us and we'll stop.
