Commercial and HOA tree service across Palm Bay and the Space Coast
Community palms and oak canopies, entrance features, retention ponds and canal banks, pre-season sweeps and storm response — bid as line-item proposals a board can compare, worked in sections so the community stays open.
Half of Brevard County lives under an association's trees. Bayside Lakes and the gated communities of southeast Palm Bay, Viera and Suntree, the condo and villa associations along the Indian River in Melbourne and on the beachside from Satellite Beach to Melbourne Beach, the 55-plus communities of Barefoot Bay and Micco, the new builds in the Compound — all of them own miles of street trees, hundreds of palms at the entrances and along the boulevards, oak canopies over the common areas, and retention ponds and canal banks that grow Brazilian pepper faster than anyone can mow it. And every one of them has a board, a property manager, a reserve study and an insurer who wants to know that whoever is climbing the trees is covered.
We work associations as an ongoing program rather than a series of emergencies: an arborist's inventory of the community's trees with each one graded, an annual schedule that gets the palms cleaned before season, the oaks deadwooded and thinned on rotation, the pond banks and canal edges cleared of pepper, and the hazard trees removed before they fall on a resident's car; a pre-hurricane sweep in spring; and a storm-response arrangement that puts the community on our list before the storm has a name. Every job is bid as a line-item proposal — each tree, each palm, each pond edge with a quantity and a unit price — so the board can compare, cut or add scope without a new bid, and the reserve study has real numbers. Commercial properties get the same: the strip center's parking-lot oaks lifted off the light poles, the office park's palms, the church's live oak, the car dealership's storm cleanup at 6 AM.
What's included
Tree inventory & grading
An ISA Certified Arborist inventories and grades the community's trees, so the board knows what's a hazard, what's due, and what's fine.
Annual program
Palms cleaned before season, oaks deadwooded and thinned on rotation, hazard trees removed on schedule — one predictable budget line.
Ponds, canals and lot lines
Retention-pond banks and canal edges cleared of Brazilian pepper and treated so it stays cleared; common-area lot lines kept open.
Pre-hurricane sweeps
A spring pass through the common areas and, at a group rate, residents' lots; a place on the storm-response list.
Line-item proposals
Each tree, palm and pond edge priced as its own line so boards can compare bids and adjust scope; certificate of insurance naming the association.
Business hours respected
Early starts, cones and traffic control, parking lots kept open, and storm cleanup at dawn so the doors open on time.

Questions we get about commercial & hoa tree service
Do you carry the insurance our management company requires?
General liability and workers' compensation, with a certificate naming the association, the management company or the owner as additional insured on request — sent before the proposal is signed. Tree work isn't state-licensed in Florida, so the certificate is the thing to check on every bid, ours included.
Will you bid as a line-item proposal?
Yes — that's how boards compare fairly. Every tree, palm and pond edge is its own line with a quantity and a unit price, so the board can add or remove scope without a new bid and the reserve study has real numbers.
Can you do an inventory of our trees?
Yes. The arborist walks the community and produces a graded inventory — species, size, condition, recommended action and priority — that becomes the annual program and the reserve line. For most Palm Bay communities it's a day or two of work.
How do you handle storm response for a community?
Communities with an agreement are on our list before the storm has a name; when the wind drops we work the common areas and the residents who called in priority order, coordinate with the management company, and document everything for the association's claim.
Do you work with residents' individual trees too?
Yes — at a group rate when we're already in the community, which is how most of our HOA programs also handle the individual lots' palms and oaks.
